Well, my little brother did something to my PC, and now whenever I open an MSN window, the frame that is normally hidden is there and no matter what I do it will not go away. I have pissed about in control panel, I have deleted, installed and re-installed every form of MSN, restarted my PC many times and all to no prevail. I feel terribly OCD, as it's really fucking me off. I come to you, Newgrounds, for my final chance.

If you don't want it up at the time, close it? Try checking those little tabs near the top of the MSN window, maybe there's a "hide" option.

Do you mean the part with the display pictures? Look around the sides of that and click the arrow ones.
