Zune Trade In

A few months ago, I bought a Zune. I had 250$. I could either buy the 30GB for 200, or the 80GB for 250...I bought the 30. They said the 80 was out of stock and to order it would cost even more, making it 300. I bought some headphones for my extra 50 bucks.

So now Zune had touch scroll wheels, and they have a 120GB for 250. Im really pissed. I bought a 1-2year warrenty, so if my Zune breaks, I get a new one. So im wondering, is there a way to trade in my zune to get a huge discount of a newer one?

Please help Zune loves.

My guess is to trade that in for a brand new one and sell it on eBay or something different that will give you something around the price range in which you paid for it, then use the money to buy the new Zune that you're talking about.

Well that's something I would do, because I doubt they're going to discount something off a new product because it wouldn't be in the TOS to do that.

Ive never sold anything on ebay...If i just walk in there and randomly say "i need a new one" will they give it too me, or do i have to "drop" it?

Take your old one back, boxed and everything and explain the situation. Remember to take your receipt aswell, then they will give you a new one.

My friend had a Zune 30 and wanted the Zune 80. So he goes to Best Buy and tells them that it does not sync any more.

Because the Zune 30 is not in production anymore, for some reason with out even checking it they hand him a brand new Zune 80.

So maybe that could have worked if your screen was not cracked.

It think it really is the background, notice how the "crack" reflects on the bottom golden trim. It's subtle, but I see it.
