I'm not fat (I weigh around 95 lbs) just out of shape. Today at Basketball, I signed up to play. I only played once for around five minutes, and I was breathing extremely heavily. I spend all my time on the computer either learning about stuff that I'm interested in, or watching 300 spoofs. Man, I don't know what I'm going to do!

I do eat healthy, it's just the fact that I don't exercise enough.

go for runs gradually building the distance. Also do sprints up stairs and steep hills, that works quickly

It works, its better than doing nothing. Keep settings yourself more and more steps each passing day.

Well with that ITS OK TO BE A PORKER attitude you wont be happy for long. OP can do both obviously he only need to eat when he feels like (and he must be short 95 lbs is very small). If your on the computer all day clearly you have no need for to much food just drink water and dont just eat because food is in front of you.
