I don't watch Nascar, but I suspect that, from a financial point of view, it's very profitable. Each of the cars are covered in ads, and I'm sure that more than pays for gas and tune ups.

I'm just surprised people actually pay to go see it. Even if you didn't pay I would still be surprised people go to see it.
