After watching tWHYlight the flash in newgrounds I sort of really wonder if this movie is shitty is good or not alot of GIRLS told me it was girls and that their boyfriend enjoyed it.
BUT 10 dollars the guy has no balls to say what he thinks just to make her girl feel Better or just because he's an idiot bound to love formalities and emotions.
Personally this movie just sounds damn non-realistic bullshitting love movie that is too good to be true.
I'm sensitive somehow although I think love is a real lie SO NOW tell me what you think about this movie saying why it is good and also why would it be bad ?

All right, don't EVER ask NG about Twilight. It turns into a giant flame war and no one likes that. Twilight is basically a mediocre story about a girl who moves to a new town and falls in love with a vampire and no one likes that so the others try to stop them. They could've just let them be, but no they decided that they are going to get themselves killed over it.
Also the baby imprinting thing at the end is kind of creepy.

Books wern't half bad.
Movie was eyecady for girls who thought all the vampires where sexy.
Some of them where, but I wasn't that into most of them.
A friend of mine went to see it with his girlfriend. He said it wasn't terrible. He didn't think it was great, though.

they say the book is always better than the movie. so read the book. and the book isnt much better than movie eitehr

PESSIMISTIC. It's far from the worst movie ever, though.

Y'see, that's just the thing. Girls seem to love it while guys do not. This in and of itself doesn't really say anything about the film's quality, but it is interesting to note considering what the movie's whole point is (see below).

True, but it's actually worse than that. Ironically for a movie that's overwhelmingly targeted at girls, "Twilight" is actually highly misogynistic. The female lead basically has nothing to do and no reason to live until the dashing, incredibly implausibly perfect (he can even read minds) vampire arrives to take care of her. I find it very off-putting that the throngs of female "Twilight" fans gush at the relationship between Bella and Edward as ideal, when in reality it's highly unrealistic and patriarchal.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the movie is, symbolically at least, basically a propaganda piece for the teen abstinence movement. Trust me, just watch the movie (or rather, don't) and you'll get what I'm saying. Aside from thematic missteps, the film also just plain isn't all that good. The script is corny, the acting is awful (though Robert Pattinson seems like a possibly good actor given nothing worthwhile to do here), and the special effects are of made-for-TV movie quality.
And one final note:
Vampires are awesome. Baseball is awesome. "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse is awesome. Combining all three together is VERY MUCH THE OPPOSITE OF AWESOME.
Anyways, all in all, I'd say that "Twilight" is a bad movie. Not a terrible movie, not an unbearable movie (in fact, as a date movie it's actually pretty good), but a regular 'ole bad movie. There's really no reason to see it without female accompaniment.
