What other delicious winter foods do you guys make?

I know a lot of people here call it snow cones. I guess both terms are widely accepted.

It just snowed last night, and I only take off the top layer of snow. I'm pretty sure there are no contaminants in it...

It's best to get the snow fresh or else it will be bad. I have to try that some day, maybe add a bit of cocoa.

If you add sugar prior, it's best to use the unsweetened cocoa or the snowcream might be too sweet.

Whipping cream, vanilla, milk, other ingredients to make ice cream, ect.

Then pour liquid nitrogen into the mix. It freezes the mix instantly, then evaporates out, so it's non-lethal. Stir mix, repeat pouring for a couple more times, then serve.

I'm trying to find a link to the article that was wrote about it, but I can't seem to find it. I'll post back if I do ever find it.
