Like, if u were an really good animator you could give me some tips or something..
i dont really know, when i draw is alot different from when i animate, i can draw like
that you see above, but when i animate, i just cant find my style to just let go and
animate, i dont feel natural animating stuff, so im really looking for MY own personal
style, i thought that if anyone else had that problem anytime, they could help me find
it.... Just like that you could help me ;s

if anything man start out with the paint brush tool and go ahead and do like a shitty walking stick figure, no line tool and no tweening. once you can whip up a stick figure animation then move to a walking animation of the anime you drawl. all i can say is that you need to figure out how the mechanics of a walk really work, this really frustrated me when i was first learning, but you get better. here I made a cs3 plat former with a shity walking/ running stick in it.
click:)
At first animate as little as you can, tween your hart out when you can get away with it.
While you do that study how outlines act in 3D and how lines act.
the skirt and the titts are animated oh and the fire, the rest are tweens.

Hmm, thanks guys, you helped me alot, altho i cant really get going with the animating..
But if anyone here is a coder - thats good at it, i guess it could motivate me to making
a game, PM me please, if you find it interesting, and i have an idea to a flash movie
( talking to the ones that actually care ) that i might start working on this vacation..
since the vacation starts tommorow ( friday )

storyboard, draw the major keyframes first, don't try to do something you know you're not skilled enough to do and mostly just remember that it doesn't matter if it's technically wrong(lighting not accurate or whatever) as long as it looks right.
if you really need help there's tutorials all around this site, deviantart and youtube. just look around and possibly pick up a few books on animation.
Okay if you want a real and good advice, do this:
Just make short and pointless animations, about
10 seconds long, and keep it up.
Eventually you will learn how to animate your style,
and it will be much easier for you.
When you feel that you have made a good animation,
submit it to newgrounds and check what people think
of it.
And remember, good animations take time.

the problem here is.. wtf do i use keyframes to? i never understood the idea of keyframes..
or tweening for that sake.. o_o - tell me oh great master? :3
off topic, but the topic title,
sounded like a personal problem XD

Keyframes are the frames that hold action. Normal frames are just time spacers. For example, If you were to draw a gun shooting, you would put a keyframe in, add the flash, then go to the next frame and remove the flash.... and so on.
Yeah.
Tweens.... basically they fill in momevment between 2 keyframes.... There's a lot more to tweens, but I can't be bothered to go into any more detail... 'cause I'm lazy.......
lol.
Keyframe+Gap+Keyframe= classic animated hit
Duck Pie is the going to be the next internet meme! Spread the word!
i feel like i got some help, but i dont feel it was enough..
Anyone else?.. *a scream for help*
