The max level is 1,000,000
Hp is set up where the skill is on the left, and your total HP is on the right. For example 5/500 Would mean you have 5 skill points in HP and 500 total HP. The rest of the skills the left is what you have and the right is the max you can have for your particular race.
Skills drop randomly by clicking, can be purchased with CC's, can be gained from killing beasts (which will appear at the top of the attack list when spawned), from finding pandora's boxes, from equipping rings and amulets. You do not "use" skills. When you get one it is automatically applied to your character, and is automatically used.
You automatically heal after every fight, so you will always start each fight with max HP, the exception is in the arena, certain arena's you do not auto heal, but in that case you fight until you are killed or win.
