3.79 / 5.00 3,779 ViewsI decided to make a thread to contain/alert other non-steam users of the awesome deals that Steam puts out.
To kick this thread off, Team Fortress 2 is only $10 this weekend, i suggest for anyone and everyone to go buy it. Or you could pick up The Orange Box for $30, which is a pretty sweet deal, but if you already own Half Life 2 and whatnot, just buy TF2. The new updates make it worth it, as for the Scout being updated next.
Other users can post deals in here as well, im not necessarily going to be around to update it every weekend.

Jesus, it will probably cost $10 just for me to get the goddamn 360Dowloadable Content. I would give up now and migrate to the PC version if my computer was not as slow as my pet Snails cock.
I have had this DLC Frustration all year. Now I am told, according to the TF2 Website:
"We are actively working on a massive XBox 360 update, which will include pretty much everything we've shipped on the PC in the last year. We'll provide you with a rough date when we have one."
This means no doubt I will be waiting futher than December 31st.
Can we post good deals we got off steam in the past?
If so i got Audiosurf for $2.49 a little while back :D
I have 12 games from steam that I got for under 50 bucks because of some sweet deals

TF2 is now half off, so if you are one of the last 30 people on the planet that haven't bought it yet, now maybe a good time for you.

Me and my friends have got it (3 of us) and I've set up a UK server for us to play on. If you're interested in joining us for some fun (we've all got mics and stuff) then you're welcome to join us (assuming you're after somewhere to play!). If you do want to (or anyone else reading this from the UK or europe) then add me on steam or something.

I recently got the Half-Life 1 Anthology for $6 because Gordon Freeman won that hero contest.
I love Valve.

I added you. The game is currently preloading.. It preloaded already but I think they released new content (I assume) and then Steam went to preload that as it was released, however since everyone else will be doing the same there may be a bit of a problem. It doesn't seem to be downloading at any reasonable speed - it's increased 1% in the last 20 mins or so.. I have 20mbit broadband, darn it :P
Should definitely be playing tomorrow at least.
Sup, bitches :)
