ART CONTEST: NEWGROUNDS HOLIDAY

It's that time of every-once-in-awhile, that time when we have a Newgrounds themed contest in the Art Forum! It's also the time of the year when a lot of people are celebrating the holidays; doing whatever the Hell people do on X-mas, Channukah, Kwanzaa, New Years, Festivus, the Joyus Day of Athos or whatever.

In celebration, therefore, we are combining these happy occasions and bringing you the Newgrounds Holiday Art Contest!

WHAT TO DO:

Draw a character that is associated with Newgrounds involved in their holiday celebrations. It can be Darnell lighting up his menorah (and everything else), the Tankmen getting shit-faced on New Years Eve or even Stamper unwrapping his very first dildo on an enchanted Christmas morning.

THE RULES:

1. All posted entries must be finished. No sketches or works-in-progress can be posted in this thread.
2. All art must be original and drawn by you. No photoshops, collages, sprites or other artists linework will be allowed.
3. Spend some time and effort on your entries, anything that looks like you spent only a few minutes on it will be deleted.
4. Use a decent art program. Unless you're a master, MS Paint will not cut it.
5. Multiple entries are welcome, however each contestant may only win one prize pack.
6. ALL ART FORUM RULES APPLY! e.g. Adult content must be highly artistic or exceptionally funny.

DEADLINE

Entries must be posted by 11:59pm on December 24th. If you post it on the 25th you're posting too late!

PRIZES

1st Place: $50 in Newgrounds store credit, a 2009 Newgrounds Calandar, a Newgrounds Patch Pack and a Newgrounds Sticker Pack.
2nd Place: $25 in Newgrounds store credit, a 2009 Newgrounds Calandar, a Newgrounds Patch Pack and a Newgrounds Sticker Pack.
3rd-5th Place: a 2009 Newgrounds Calandar, a Newgrounds Patch Pack, a Newgrounds Sticker Pack.

Lots of awesome entries! I wish everyone the best of luck in the contest. Now for a little background story I guess...

Well...this took a long time to finish but a lot shorter than I thought it originally would. I hope I didn't rush it! ^^;

In this pic we have Pico on the very left with a candy-cane painted gun. (I know it's cheesy, shut up. :P)

Madness Christmas decorations. (Kind of hard to notice sorry.)
The Alien Hominid dude hanging on the right of the tree. (Another candy-cane gun...)
The Newgrounds Tank and the Tankmen to the right. :D

I also included a few Art Forum regulars and friends of mine in here as well.
We've got Drakenyaze to the left of the tree loafing on top of his own character Chaos.
Zafirah, who's lying on top of the Tank's cannon. She belongs to Fatchaos.
The chibi Scorp being held by Zafirah represents ScorpianX0. Chibi Scorp belongs to him. (Plus, fyi, Scorp really like's Fatchaos' Zafirah so haha. ;D)
And finally, there's me at the bottom, without spiked hair :O and wondering if I took this picture a little too far...

Feels a little sloppy and rushed but I liked how it turned out overall. I had to cut off some of the bottom though. My papers are too big...
