I'm pretty tired of it tbh for many reasons (I'm guilty of these aswell), but the main ones are:
1: All the amateurs trying to copy the pro's (namely ONE) and failing miserably. (I'm semi guilty there)
2: All the pro's releasing the same track 7 times with a different melody.
It gets old so incredibly fast, I really miss the good old days when there was Tune up and Cascada vs Groove coverage. After the influence of ONE former hardstyle producer the whole hands up scene got Owned, beat down, spit at and humiliated all at once by someone who came from nowhere and destroyed everyone with his superior but childish and overcomplicated (but at the same time good) style of music. Now this one guy managed to fuck himself in the ass and with that taking the whole hands up genre and shoving it up his own butt.
Soz, I'm eating at the same time......Writing and eating doesn't go well together :(

I can give you 2 clues. He's from Germany (bet you didn't figure THAT out!!!) and his main artist name is
*** *****. Then of course we have basshunter, but he is a different story.

And y'know whats funny? Two other artists are amazing at Hands-Up called Pimp Code and Azora...
Both of them are Rob Mayth too.
The genre should be called Rob Mayth.

Basshunter used to be good. until he became commercialised. IM starting to notice less and less synths in his music and more & more singing.
Akwardly tune up and cascada is what got me into handz up music, but i still despise dj manian. theres a producer for ya who releases the same thing over and over again and he is german, but i dont think he ever did hardstyle then again i might be wrong, what hasnt he produced.

I agree. I love hands-up, But most, (meaning 70%) of Hands-Up artists are just a Rob Mayth rip off. Yes they sound good, but the best Tracks in Hands Up are those with their OWN Style into it.
Cascada is original for the bells and drop down basses. Rob Mayth Slices vocals and has bouncy melodies with happy beats, which is the same for Azora and Pimp! Code.
I'm not gonna stop making Hands-Up, but I'm gonna change the way I do it.
Every person who makes Hands-Up should incorporate their style into it. Or else its so generic and un-original, you wont be able to tell two artists apart.
Its saddening, because the genre Has Lots of Potential. Theres so many more things that can be included :P
Such as different Sounds, and different Sounding Supersaws, and DIFFERENT BASSLINES.
No-one makes Eurodance or Eurotrance anymore...
That stuff is good.
And Basshunter Calls himself Eurotrance, which I agree on, since his Happier trakcs are Sounding alot like it.
His best tracks were Bass Creator before he ruined it too. The original was AMAZING. But he ruined the new one with vocals.
The big Fat Wanker.

We need something else into the genre IMO. But its so hard thinking of what. :P
