In a few days.

It seems it may be big (not as big as A Day Without an Immigrant in my opinion.)

But, damn...
high schoolers,
blue collar workers,
white collar workers,
just a bunch of people are not going to work or school.

Although, how many would be doing this for that purpose... I'm not sure.

But, it seems interesting.
Would you call in work (or tell your high school teacher) and say, "I'm not going, calling in with a case of gay."

I have nothing to do on Wednesday, but I plan to help out at a charity event to feed the homeless to show some spirit.

I feel that if people want to protest gay rights, immigration, or whatever, they would do it on their own time if they're that passionate about the subject. Last time I checked, the economy is hurting right now and good people of all creeds and breeds are looking for jobs. I thought this day was quite important for gay people. I wanted people to realize what life would be without gay people, and it would be much more different than those anti-gay assholes out there think it is (a lovely day). Turns out some people really couldn't participate because it was finals week for a lot of colleges and some college students are up to their ass in debt. Unfortunate.
