Go on then, I'll try and add my two cents.
Best Overall:
Jon-86 - Always seems to be kicking around and always has something to say. You've kept the reg lounge moving at times and made many worth contributions to topics. You deserve the title of Best Overall member of the programming forum.
Most Well-Rounded:
CitricSquid - Seems to have a little bit of everything going for him. Helps when he can, keeps us informed about his oh-so interesting life, bounces back from ban after ban. We love you Sam :)
Most Helpful:
Jessi - Always seems willing to help the people most of us would usually just sigh at. Explains things thoroughly and clearly and has been doing so for as long as I can remember.
Friendliest:
wreckages - Caught my eye the other day when he asked how everyone was. Gosh ain't that just the sweetest. But seriously, you seem like one peace loving, friendly dude my good man. I raise my glass to you for it.
Most Improved:
DanielZ - Not so long ago did a post not come by from Daniel that I didn't E-shake my head at. These days however, he's not just turned a corner, he's switched several streets and turned five or so corners. Fine, fine poster.
Rookie of the Year:
Relish - Only signed up this year (I think) but he's made a good impression on me so far and added to a number of conversations and questions in both the reg lounge and individual topics.
Best All Around:
dELtaluca - Dosen't show his head round these parts that much, but when he does you can tell he's a guy who's going far in life. Hugely talented, still pretty young and overall just... Well, the best all around.
Best Tutorials:
SpamBurger - Another one who dosen't come to this neck of the woods anymore. However, back in the day he made some great contributions to each of the main topics, as well as contributing heavily to CodeDatabase. Cheers Spammy.
PHP King:
DearonElensar - Just about everyone on this forum used to dabble in PHP, proven by the amount of tutorials found in PHP: Main. Lately however it's this chap that seems to be answering the questions raised by people. And answering them fucking well I might add.
C++ King:
Cinjection - I tend to stay away from C++ topics, not knowing much about it at all myself. I do happen to know though that our very own Cinjection is one hell of a C++ programmer.
Javascript King:
elbekko - I was pretty unsure about this one. Thinking back though, I remember 'bekko helping me with a fair few JS problems over the last year or so. With very few other contenders, he gets my vote.
HTML/CSS King:
smulse - No one else comes close to Sam's excellent design skills, and ability to put them together using ye' old HTML and CSS. You've created some truly brilliant site's Sam, and for that I applaud you.
Most Missed:
DFox - He's showed brief signs of a return, but it just isn't the same as when he used to be a fully fledged reg. We miss you David, come back for good :)
