Free Flash Making Program

I have no intensions of getting heavy into making flash content, and im not wanting it to be like a hobby. I only want to try it out. but not be limited. I do not spend very much time doing constructive things when im on the computer so a 30 day free trial will be over with before i even look at its read me files *lol*. any ways, are there free flash programming tools out there?

Yes, there are programs similar to Flash, such as LiveSWF, but they are a mere shadow of Flash. You will never be able to find a free program that can match what Flash does.

I used to have a really old iMac, and I had this open-source animation software on it called Pencil. It was meant to replicate aditional animation, though, and I wasn't very good at using it. But if you need a free animation program, I'd recommend Pencil.
