Well they can do it so we can have some reliability: i.e. agreement. It doesn't hurt, that's for sure. And I left a lot of the posts up that didn't vote for all categories... if I deleted them for missing one or two there'd be like six posts total.

I'll delete 'em if they only filled out like 25% or if they look like half-assed ones (leaving Zekey's there for the giggles): point was I was aiming for people to actually think as opposed to ticking off a a few that came to mind then posting again with the rest of 'em.

When it comes to VOTING though, I shall be stricter on the abstain option. No reason not to cast a vote, even if it's random.

FYI I have two pages (well, one + the last) to do, and that will be done tonight.
I'll hold off on making the voting thread right away for a few reasons:

1) Give the independent counters some time to PM their tallies.
2) It's tradition to have a week-ish lull in between these threads. I think it's a good idea.
3) Also gum might be putting together some sort of something, maybe.

Ah, when I read the rules when this began, I got the impression that any nomination post with anything missing would be deleted. I would agree that having some leniency in that is needed to make up for some people not knowing who would be best in what category.
