The pain is so fucking terrible!
I wake up this morning, and turn my head to the right, my neck burns and aches like a bitch, I tell my mom to drive me to the hospital and she is busy working, yet she has no job...
My dad won't get off work to take me.
I had to get my cousin to drive me home from school.
Every time I move my neck it hurts so fucking bad!

I had that once. It happens when you sleep on your shoulder at a weird angle so it strains your neck all night and then in the morning it hurts like a bitch. Just gotta wait it out really.

just take some pain meds and veg, i get this alot to. just let it loosen up on its own and you save money on the hospital.

No Im joking but i should re-state my post.

Chances are you moved your neck to fast or laid on it at a bad angle. Your neck is just overly sore. Put ice on it and take some painkillers about the pain. Sit down watch some tv and let your parents take a look at it later.

That happens to me too, when I fall asleep in a weird position on the school bus, or have my head tilted in a weird way when I'm video-gaming. After I'm done with either, I just can't turn my head for about 10 minutes.

Anyways, as far as solutions, either wait it out, or jerk your head sharply in the direction that causes pain. I guarantee you that it works.

Damn, i had this once for about three days. It's probably muscular, just like mine. If it is, use a heat pad. Cold doesn't do anything to it.

Get a heating pad/hot water bottle and go lie down and relax with the heating pad/water bottle nestled into your neck.

And try stretching it out--the pain won't go away unless you try and stretch it out a bit, so man up and try cracking your neck.
