Exactly, they are required to get them help. If they don't they are in violation of the law and the school can be fined. You should always help someone who needs it no matter what they say.

I think you guys are jumping the gun. The school suspended her for (lmao) choking herself. Okay, well i am sure the parents ( who are responsible for their own child ) will be informed as to why their child was suspended. I think a one month suspension is so that they can get her help. Do you all honestly think they are just going to throw her out on the street, not tell the parents, and care less what happens to her.
