There is no 'fast way'. Unless you want to enter into the realm of the illegal your age limits you to minimum wage odd jobs like flipping burgers and bagging groceries. You say you have no car, but there are perfectly good bus routes which you can use. But ultimately you'll find that there's no way to make 'good' money. Whatever amount you make will be too little and your thoughts will shift on how to accumulate more than you have. It will become your driving goal and then the have you: You're a capitalist whore.
Better to find ways to enjoy your time with what you have than constantly worrying about how to get more.
