i was thinking about the JFK assassination today and i was just wondering what everyone here thought about it

**if this has been done before then im sorry!

im not a conspiracy theorist, i strongly believe that oswald shot JFK all the evidence was pointing to him and it was clearly him that shot...

anyone care to share their opinions?

Tom, wasn't JFK soft on Communism? It would be madness to think a Communist would want him dead. Then again, Nixon opened up relaitons with China, so although he was on the right, he didn't dislike Socialism much.

I guess, but in order for any American citizen to join the government or FBI or something similar (I forget) they have to swear that they are not a member of any communist parties. JFK supported this notion.

And I don't get your point about children watching his assassination video. Children as well as adults rarely watch it unless it's in a movie, and what does it matter if they do? How is that any worse than children listening to mind-numbing death metal or watching mind-numbing movies like Mamma Mia?

I hate the stigma around the word conspiracy. It simply means the act of conspiring or better put a secret agreement to do an unlawful or wrongful act which becomes unlawful as a result of the secret agreement. So the idea that Oswald secretly planned to kill the president is a conspiracy itself. Now personally I don't think Oswald could have done it all by himself. You should watch the movie JFK by Oliver Stone.
