He's in prison, he can't get to any other prisoners because he is in solitary confinement, and will likely never see the light of day again.

I believe anybody that's murdered more then once should be executed, regardless of the mental status of that person. If you think about it, every murderer is mentally challenged in one way or form.
But that's the good 'ole shitty American justice system at work. Nothing we can do.

And the fact that the DP causes almost no pain. Wtf? It isn't like the murdered killed his victims painlessly. I think the guy wants to die.
