Like at the top is 200 and 600 is at the bottom.

That's in rank, which means that the lower the value, the better. With views, at the top of the Y axis there are higher numbers, because that is the better side.

Anyway, as a longtime lurker, I've been noticing that crews (kitty krew, Faggot Federation, etc.) make the majority of the crappy spam submissions. These submissions pass because people say "Eh, it's a crew, so I'll at least give it a 2."
That really should stop ASAP.
