Don't worry, I'm digging through my closet for old tests.
Here's one of my health essays from the 7th Grade.
He sat me down and had a serious talk with me and took away P.E. for a week.
Douchebag.
In case you can't read it (Fucking scanner), it says:
Physical fitness is obviously very important to your health. Young people can and should work out fast and harder. Old people, like my parents, should exercise slower (i.e. walk instead of run.) and work out longer to get the same amount as younger people. It's also been proven that physically fit people enjoy life better, which kind of gave it away when you see the athlete with a really hot actress, making the "scientific test" completely unnecessary. Anyone can benefit from a low stress fitness program, including paraplegics. Okay, maybe not paraplegics. Anyway, these low stress fitness programs use aerobic principles. What aerobic principles are I do not know. It's probably stretching, yeah, probably stretching. You should stretch before exercise so you don't pull any muscles.
Stretching is also sometimes called "warm-ups". No, not like the warm-ups in math class either. These should last 10 minutes and include stretching and jogging/walking. You should also do this after, keying the compound word; "cool-downs." Cool-downs will prevent muscle soreness and stiffness.
Many health "experts" recommend walking as an exercise. I put "experts" in quotes because it doesn't take an expert to find out walking is a way of exercising. Running and sprinting is basically the same thing, you just get more out of it.
Bicycling is another way to get good exercise, according to these genius "experts." Bicycling is good for everyone. If you can't ride atwo-wheeler can purchase an "adult tricycle" and risk looking like a bozo.Or if you're lazy and want to stay inside, you can purchase a "stationary" bicycle for about three times as much as a regular bike.
Our good "expert" friends have yet again pointed out the obvious by saying swimming is a good form of exercise. It exercises most of your body. It is especially good for people with arthritis and back problems, because the body endures most of the weight. Poor water, eh?
I wrote an extra one hundred words, so please tell me you laughed at my lame jokes.
You can probably read his shit.
