no... you need MUSIC software... not flash software... read the stickies... but for starters, Reason 3, Acid Music Studio, Cubase, Frooty Loops are a few programs you can check out.

You need music creation software. Flash 8 doesn't make music
Go to a music store and ask them about it. They will more than gladly help you out, also they will more than likely speak your native tongue, which isn't English apparently. Good luck
Actually, I used flash 6 as a sequencer once as an experiment... It worked pretty well, but of course I had to import fuckloads of loops and samples.
