They are? I'm just curious... what do they plan to do? For I can't really see a solution... though I am happy to hear of one in the works.
I personally don't think its possible.
I suppose if the average of the votes are around 4-5, they would bounce off any 0's as that would not be possible, but at lowest, allow a 2.
But that would present the problem, that if you had enough "friends" to vote 5 for everything you have, then there is no way to reduce that, then it becomes a popularity contest.
I would like to see what the admins are thinking to remedy a problem that cannot really be solved.

easy. make profile stats for audio votes and reviews, that would get the masses voting and good and bad songs would get the scores they respectively deserve
