Hey, sorry if this is in the wrong place but, i've been interesting in animating cartoons and posting them on New Grounds, I was wondering if anyone new a beginner's program i could use so i can get the hang of making cartoons and use what i've made on the program to make some decent movies/clips and all that kind of stuff.
