Toon Boom is fine, it is a professional animation program. That's not the primary objective of Flash.

My first and only tablet so far is a Genius Mousepen. Works fine, big work area (the equivalent of an A5 paper) and it's very cheap. I never had a Wacom so I can't speak for the differences, just putting it out there that they aren't the only ones making tablets.
