Alright So I heard that 3 red rings means you can have a free repair and an extension of your warranty.
At the moment I have 2 red rings. Which means over heating or somethings clogging the fan. I took it apart
Once I read that you took it apart, I realized your chances of getting Microsoft to repair it were over. You cannot even pay Microsoft to repair it at this point as far as I know.
Damn it my seminar starts in one hour and goes straight til five. No computer... I might be able to grab a few saves on my iPod but I doubt it. I was hoping that the portal would have some clock day presents this morning when I woke up but alas, there was nothing extra.

If you decide to follow iCurrie's advice, I cannot stress the following enough. Read all of the the posts in the topic (yes I know that there are ten pages) and pay particular attention to liljim's first post. It is highly likely that your idea has already been proposed and rejected, given the wealth of proposed ideas.

You actually watch it? No one watches it except for historic retards possibly like you.
Nah, I don't watch it. That channel is pretty boring. It's always the same shit over and over for 19 hours, then they cut to a 5 hour commercial and the process repeats.
I think part of the problem here is that people don't watch the history channel, read any news, or have any sense of what is going on in the world except for meaningless pop culture events.

I'll be going to hospital to have my right eye examined after the opticians telling me I might have Keratoconus. I can't say if I definitely have it, but I'll go in tomorrow and see what the outcome will be. That is what I've been wondering since I got the appointment booked, so hopefully everything will be fine when I go in.
I hope all is well. Eyesight is obviously very serious yet many neglect to visit their eye doctor on a regular basis. Poor eyesight and eye complications run in my family so I visit my eye doctor at least once a year. Again, I hope everything turns out OK!
Drive the various cars in the in-door parking garage and mow down some zombies! You can even earn an achievement for 50,000+ "kills" but it must be in one in-game 72 hour session.

Plus, the whole presentation about it, the games they showed, just looked really fucking lame. College dudes, people my age, they just won't get into it as much as others. But, parents might eat it up and kids may love it.
You just described the market that the 360 already appeals to. Now the 360 will take all of Nintendo's market as well.

We aren't changing the layout for widescreen monitors. NG's current layout was made for 800x600, when just about every website nowadays is made for 1024. Our layout is getting smaller and smaller on most computers, not just people who have widescreen monitors. We would have gone wide with the last redesign but that redesign started in 2005 and there were still enough 800x600 users that we didn't want to alienate. Nowadays, the whole web is geared at 1024 and we're behind the times.
Tom, thanks for the personalized response. I currently use the web "standard" of 1024 and I agree that making the change would be for the best.

The wide layout is great, I don't understand why people would like the old play button better. Now I can send people to flash here and they won't be like "How do I play it?"
If you friends cannot understand what a big button labeled "PLAY THIS GAME!", then its time to get some new, intelligent friends.
