Actually, the protester is in direct violation to the law as they have threatened a branch of the government by using any violent pose like a protest (protests are meant to be peaceful), or they don't have a permit to protest, they might also be resisting law enforcement, or trespassing a restricted area.

I forgot the title of the movie, but it involved this mother (who was actually abused by his husband) going to a mall, getting mugged by a group of gangsters but escapes. She then finds herself on a car chase but ends up with her car hitting a forklift on a construction site, thus leaving her no choice but to continue afoot, while the gangsters search for her, the mother brutally kills them one by one when they came to the forest just adjacent to the construction site. She then goes home like nothing happened, and then when her husband asks her what she bought him from the mall she just replies nothing then aims a gun at his head. very epic movie. I agree, who would you want to run in the middle of the battlefield when there's cover that can protect you. Also, it will increase your mobility which will help you get out of harm's way quickly. It also doesn't stop headshots.

Yea, well that's the problem. It has something to do with planting a motion sensor at the shell... but that's too expensive.

why can't they make the shell burst near the enemies in mid-air? In that way, we could kill an enemy at long range without going near him, it also would help us not get into intense situations were we get pinned-down. I have noticed something about the shotgun's one-shot-one-kill when most of those ball things in the shell hit the enemy in vital positions, this will also contribute to it's lethality. Oh, and we shouldn't worry about it bursting in mid-air while in close quarters combat because there will be a mode switch were in we can change from mid-air burst and burst when fired.
