Go make friends who own cool stuff.
Ugh, can't let you borrow but Dedede is slow but in the right hands is VERY dangerous, he has a chain grab and his swallow move can eat someone then aim them at an explosive item for an instant KO pretty much. His recovery isn't the best but hes heavy so hes hard to send flying. His down B special can be charaged and is UBER dangerous as an edge guard.
If anyone else listens to any additional podcasts feel free to pimp them just give a description of whats going on and whos podcast it is.
I don't know how many of you listen to the podcasts of these various gaming sites but some can be quite entertaining. Basically, what I'm doing here is providing a weekly update as to what is happening on these various shows keeping anyone that might be interested up to date.
EGM Live: This week's EGM Live introduces two things and says goodbye to another. James Mielke, Dan Hsu, Greg Ford, and Jeremy Parish discuss recent changes and the future of EGM, Jeremy and Milky stick around to debate Final Fantasy: Ring of Fates in a new segment called "Showdown", and the crew says goodbye to EGM's own Bryan Intihar.
A good convo between Mielke and Hsu about Dan watching Mielke struggle at the position that Hsu once had. They talk about why the new grading system was introduced and how hard it can be to not scoop your own magazine with your website now a days.
The "Showdown" thread is an interesting concept basically two editors discuss one game of which they have a differing opinion. This week it was the follow up to FF crystal chronicles its a good segment if you care at all about the game.
Interesting show they switch up the format a bit but I feel this show needs a shot of excitement.
GFW Radio: You want PC game talk? Well put this podcast in your collective pipes and smoke it. The regular gang of idiots is joined by returning guest idiot Anthony Gallegos for an aural smorgasbord of PC gaming yammering, most particularly Sean and Jeff's first impressions of The Sims 3. But that's not all, folks!! Shawn shares the horrors of Turning Point, Jeff replays Fallout 1, Sean gets busy with Viva Pinata, Shawn and Anthony spread more CoH love, and Ryan....well, Ryan has a new Lost theory. All this plus a big comic book geek-out.
This hilarious cast talks Sims 3 first impression asking some pretty good question of just how far they game will allow you to screw with things in the living town that you are now apart of. Shawn goes into great detail about just how bad of an execution Turning Point is from obvious 9/11 scenes to enemies freezing in midair when killed.
Jeff details him booting back up Fallout 1 and realizing that if it was released today none of its mechanics would fly as the game doesn't hold your hand or explain much. Sean talks why Viva Pinata never really hit that mass market and why it still isn't all it could be on PC.
Finally, Ryan talks Lost and his theory for what is going to happen in the episode that just aired.
This is ALWAYS an entertaining podcast and I think that everyone should listen to it PC gamer or not.
The HotSpot: The HotSpot gang considers the pros and cons of games being considered porn. Also, did you know that people like Super Smash Bros.? It's true, and we've got the numbers to prove it. Ready for a new Star Trek MMO game? Is Bionic Commando so awesome it will break Xbox Live? We answer all these questions, give away the best prize ever, take your phone calls, and much more on this episode of The HotSpot.
Man this podcast is going down the hill fast all of the still remaining Gamespot crew talk about the "Games as Porn" bill that is trying to be passed. They talk about just how successful SuperSmashBros: Brawl really is . They go into great detail about just how awesome Bionic Commando Rearmed is saying it might be the best XBLA title ever released.
They answer phone calls and e-mails of differing humor.
I can't but feel these guys are just struggling every week it seems every show someone is leaving and its becoming a worst show because of it. See you next mission Brad Shoemaker.
Giant Bombcast: The Giant Bombcast continues its slow-motion explosion with Jeff and Ryan's thoughts on Lost: Via Domus, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, an Ice Cube side-scroller, Guitar Hero: Beatles, Ed Boon, Blu-ray versus HD downloads, the flavor of Scottish girders, technofear, and more!
The new home of the former GameSpot crew Giant Bomb talks their various praises for new beverages this week. The dynamic duo talk Lost, RS: Vegas 2, Jeff wanting there to be a 2-D side scrolling beat'em up where Ice Cube "Just punches dudes".
They wrap their heads around why a beatles Guitar Hero game makes more sense than an Aerosmith one though still as not as much sense as a beatles Rockband game. They chew the fat about the countdown timer on Ed Boons website supposedly counting down to the new MK game trailer and various other things.
This podcast is still in the early stage but they have a unique vibe and style with the food and beverage reviews. Great show, give it a listen if just to hear what Jeff is up to after all the craziness from earlier in the year.

Trust me.
I hope it stays that way.
You and me both. I dig the vibe of this place and upon hearing about it yesterday I instantly knew I was back on NG.
I think Link to the Past is the series peak as OoT is just a remake in 3D
I feel the series in general needs a break to come up with some new ideas because I'm really getting tired of collect 3 things, get master sword collect 7 things kill ganondorf routine thats been going on.
I feel I'm in a minority here but my best character is Wario, everything about him I love recovering using the bike, releasing a fully charged fart into a group of enemies, eating any projectile thrown at me.
Its all good, my second character is a toss up between Diddy or Marth.
Yo, I'm ZenGaijin
I eat, sleep, breath, dream, and die videogames so expect to see alot of me here.
The titles I'm looking forward to this year are MGS4(even though I don't own a PS3.....yet) GTA4, SF4, CastleCrashers, Ikaruga, Persona 3 FES and a large group of other titles.
Damn, I can't wait to get my hands on a new streetfighter its been 10 years.

Kotaku varies they have news way faster than Joystiq but sometimes report incorrect news.
Destructoid has the most personality of the three as they just do things like e-mail Jack Thompson to make fun of him losing the right to present cases to courtrooms.
Joystiq has the multiple channels for the different systems and slow but accurate.
3 gaming blogs that all hardcore gamers should be hitting F5 all day on. It keeps you up to date with dozens of updates about the gaming industry daily.
I don't know I'm a console FPS gamer who grew up with Goldeneye for the N64 but I'm slowly starting to see what these PC guys have been shouting about for years now.
I love fast paced craziness in my FPS's with crazy kill counts and such so Unreal tournament 3 is right up my alley.
I'm going to say it......FF7
As much as I love that game and everything it did for the industry its just like gaming version of the bible. Its held in such high regard nobody stops to question how crazy and laughable the things held with are.
I love FF7 its the game that got me into RPG's but having played many other better RPG's I look back at now as I look back on music I was into as a kid; "What the hell was I thinking?".
Well I'll throw my hat into the ring and Wario and Diddy are taking all comers.

Good reviews, still seems underrated to me.
Another game I missed when it was released originally but after playing a friends copy I was in love pure and simple. Such style and such a unique story and characters.
"Just Dance, and I'll put you in a trance!"
I'm on board for the rerelease later next month though that has 30 extra hours of gameplay, more personas, and story that extends past the original games ending, all for 30bucks.

God I loved that game.
Another one: God Hand
God Hand is the only example of a 3D beat'em up that actually works. This game is damn hard though, with its in game difficulty meter that changes on how well you do with the highest setting being called "DIE".
Great game never the less.

Fucking XBL needs to let us have more friends! 100 is the limit isn't it? I want 1,000. I guess that would be annoying though, you'd constantly have messages and notifications popping up. Unless you could control what notifications you get, and when. Like "Do not allow in game notifications" unless you can already do that and I'm just dumb.
You can do that via your personal settings when you hit the guide button. It sucks though if you forget to turn it off, you can miss a lot of game invites that way.

BBM I'm going to add you
Okami, Breakdown(xbox), Jet Set Radio (xbox), Ring of Red (PS2)
Just to name a few Breakdown has so many faults but its such a unique experience I feel that everyone should at least try it. Jet Set Radio has the best soundtrack in any game EVER barring no game.
I got tons but those are just off the top of my head.
I feel that is the home of CC that someone should make a topic about how excellent this game looks. Behemoth has a blog thats updated regularly detailing the developmental process of CC.
You can check out all the happenings here
Is anyone else as excited as me to play this game?

Streets of Rage2 has like nobody playing it online also. =(
If you don't have Geometry Wars or AlienHominid get those past that Bomberman is always a blast (no pun intended). Lumines Live is now fairly priced and if you like puzzle games and weird shit that games right up your alley.

Avoid it unless you have something to do for two weeks. I had come back to make a L.U.L. post when I got the message, needless to say, I was absolutely mortified.
Forgive me for using your account for one post Zen - I won't make a habit of it.
