I'm so sick of this ridiculous high school relationship bullshit. If you don't have a girlfriend or boyfriend what's the big deal? When I was in AP Chemistry in high school my senior year, my lab partner one day admitted that she never had a boyfriend or had her first kiss and now she's off to some big college to become super successful.

I believe it has a lot to do with not having such petty distractions. I can only imagine how much better I would've done in school if I didn't spend so much time pining over lost "loves" and just would've focused on what I was actually in school for.

If you don't have one in high school, it's no big deal. The real relationships are the ones that happen in college and thereafter.

Everyone was going to see my Pit obsession anyway, so not really.

...at my boss right now. A few months ago, my manager gave me a stern talking to (more like yell) about me complaining about hours and made me cry. Now I know he didn't mean to, I deserved the talk and I know that. But just the other day, I'm working with my assistant manager and a new guy and we were talking about how things work around the store. He asked if the Manager was a laid back guy or by the book and the extent of his anger. I offhandedly said he made me cry once and my Assistant manager said I had it coming.

Didn't think much of it at the time, but now today I'm actually pretty fucking pissed at him for saying that. NG, do you think I'm justified in my anger?

I wonder that too. If you drop out and get your Good Enough Degree that just tells employers that you aren't willing to stick it out when things are stressful and are more reluctant to hire you. Same for colleges. They're going to see it as "Don't want to even finish required education, why should we believe you want to pursue higher education?" Just don't do it. Yes. It happened to me on accident a few years ago and you literally have to put the screen upside down or sideways or whatever because that's how it moves your mouse too. I did all of this crazy stuff and then I just called my friend and he looked it up and told me to do the Ctrl+alt+up arrow and it fixed it. It's really fucking annoying and retarded.
