Everyone I know who makes cartoons usually has a small stockpile of unfinished animation just lying around.

Its part of the curse of inspiration, I think. Lack of stamina or something.
I must have like 12-14 unfinished pieces of crap on this pc.

Half the time, I just scribble until an idea comes into my head.

The other half is when I hear music and an idea forms in my head, I write it down, do a quick storyboard, and then smack it together.
