I don't know.. Age shouldn't really matter as a 13 year old could be more mature than a group of 18 year olds. Plus the whole mailing process isn't worth it and just wastes time. And why a photo? That's shouldn't really matter.
A mod should be chosen for their personality and actions; not their age, sex, or their appearence.
See but this is the beauty of this idea. Wade knows most of the users from back then & knows who are responsible. As for people asking to be mods those are the ones you have to worry about. The saying is true, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." That is why there should be mods & Admins. Again just my humble opinion.

I agree with it, but it'll cause some problems.
Mods weren't needed in the past.. But this also isn't the past. But you're going to have people asking to be moderators and whine if they don't become ones.. It'll create power struggles between people and such. That's just my pessimestic assumptions though.
It's a good idea overall.
