Ever since 6th grade, i've been between 20-35 pounds over weight. I was 190 in 6th. Now, in the middle os 10th grade, i'm 6 even and I weigh 160. Because of PE in the last two years, i've lost the weight. And I still eat the same. If not, worse. I drink soda as often as I can. In the largest possible quantities. If I go out to eat, i'll eat half my meal, but drink 7 cups of coca cola. I've always been like that. I eat like i'm anorexic, but drink soda and milk like I love food more than life.
In short, what you eat doesn't matter. I never gained any what from what I had, because I walked at least 3 miles every day. OCD be praised. PE just made me active enough to lose the weight. And now, i'm a sexy mother fucker.
