this is exactly what is happening, i was playing runescape one day, when i was done i exited out, my desktop was a vista window saying, your computer has adware detected, i cant get on the internet, IE or Firefox. I also havent downloaded anything in a month or two. I deleted everything ive downloaded in the past 5 months and i have no antivirus software (im stupid i know) IM USING MY SISTERS COMP

you go into flash, click on:
file> export> export movie> A saving thing will come up, name it whatever you want and click the 'save as type' drop-down menu, and click Windows AVI, click Save , frig around with the settings, make sure you have 'Maintain Aspect Ratio' on and click ok. you can now upload your video. :)
