You don't actually see the radiation, just that the noise on a 21cm wavelength is from the big bang. The TV would show the static from the big bang, probably as a fuzzy screen.

The universe is continually expanding. It's the result of the big bang. You can still hear the sound of the explosion if you detune an old TV so you get fuzzy screen. Part of that fuzzy sound is the explosion noise that the big band made.
