It's looking pretty good, but I have a suggestion.

In the Member Account settings, why not have a layout preference setting, so those who liked the old layout are able to switch back and forth between the two if they wish.

Don't get me wrong, the new layout is awesome, but there's just something about the old layout that makes me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. :3

Are you using filters in those parts? Sometimes blurring a couple of really big movie clips or other things at the same time with motion tweens can cause it to slow down.
