I don't really want it to show when working out, I just want to know im doing it correctly, so all this work pays off. When I do pushups, my pecs hurt after it and when I wake up, but it doesn't with my arms/forearms ect.

My muscles don't feel worked, i'll do some sets, and my arms would just go large (the ones i've been excersising) and eventually go back to normal like nothing has happened. But the muscle would still be quite exhausted which is the funny thing. Arn't they meant to hurt or somthing because muscles are being ripped and they regenerate to get bigger? I woke up today after excersising my arms doing some sets on some dumbless, and they feel fine, I know i'm doing somthing wrong :s
