If you're animating with sprites then you're going to have to get it as tight and sharp as possible so they don't look like shit. 1, 1, pixels fewcorners, but this will probably take the longest.

Depending on what is it (I'm PRESUMING) it could be a sprite sheet but I could be wrong. You can either remove the white or the color in photoshop and trace the bitmap there, or you can chop the imsge up in pain or somthing and trace it in sections. I used to get this problem alot when animating sprites, but then I just bought I better computer :)

Wow, LOTS of suggestions and good music here :p, didn't think i'd be getting such good music. Yeah Fantasy games are probably the best for me, maybe cause of nostalgia but I dunno, personnaly some of my faves are Silent Hill and Chrono Trigger, too bad he left though silent Hill is fucked.

Thanks alot guys, I can actually see what you mean by the way I should improve on my forum posts. I've just looked through them and realised how stupid some of them where. Although i'll refrain from it, I wouldn't be able to make promises about making incredibly extensive literacy. I guess it kinda makes a lasting impression, might aswell make posts better and get some entertainment from it then just post some crap.

But yeah, get some good virus scanners and protection, theres loads out there, you just need to find it, get Zonealarm or somthing. Also use common sence when downloading shit, if it's an .exe or somthing it could be a virus. It's pretty simple really, just be carefull and scan regularaly.
