I chose the Succubus boss from Castlevania (Symphony of the Night), because she's one of the greatest bosses ever.
I mean, she's a sex demon and pretends to be the hero's mother. How freudian is that! :3

Yeah sounds like a pretty good idea. I've been working on that pic for quite a while, I only added that rusty background to be able to enter that "contest" here.
