Hello! I would suggest a sharp object to pierce his lungs, then he would stand staggering, bleeding from the mouth. Then he would collapse to his knees or stomach. Then he says, "I-I..I'm..sorry..." then dies. to make a great effect, say "the color of his eyes faded to black".
