I need fear screams, battle attacks, gasping and the "Speed Racer like" ahh sounds (as in, I cant believe!), bloody spitting (as in, you just got stabbed by a sword) sinister snickering, evil laughing, and finally regular laughing.

Very simple indeed. Everyone who submits will be credited as anonymous (as "The many helpful members of the voice acting community") unless specified along with your submissions.

Please encode your mp3 in 44.1kHz mono/stereo 24bit (if you can) format. Recordings must be clean with as little noise as possible. Lida (Lee-da) Gauruzo is a high school girl who lives in the city of Lleamtegrof (Leem- te-grof) with her father, mother, and younger brother Myrin. She considers herself a normal teenager who lives under the same routine day in and day out. However, her life suddenly takes a change when the unexpected event of a missed placed bus ticket sends this normal teen on an adventure unlike any other. It is then she sees that her life isn't as normal as she originally thought.

Audition Guidelines:
1. Record all lines in MP3 Mono or Stereo format rendered at 44.1 kHz at 192bit rate. If you can not get to 192bit, then record in 128bit.
2. Record multiple takes of each line of the character you are auditioning for. Weather you separate the takes by file or by blank spaces in the file doesn't matter.
3. QUALITY IS A MUST! You will gain a much higher consideration if your sound is as clean as possible! This does not mean though sucking out all the highs just to get rid of your troublesome noise floor or electronics hum. If you have to really abuse the noise reduction just for a quality sound, you will have a less consideration. Please record in an environment that is not prone to much interference in the recording as well!
4. If you are recording all takes on the same file, Name your MP3's in this format:

He takes pride in wielding what he calls "The Pound Actualizer" which is essentially a metal baseball bat. He often is accompanied by his right hand lady, Relonia which both find the mutilation and violation of their victims, erotic.

Though she just looks like a normal beautiful woman, she's regarded as one of the most dangerous of the entire resistance. When she's serious, she is quite ruthless. She particularly doesn't take a liking to Lida.

I dont know what's a good USB mic, but if you want a cheap yet great sounding mic, get the MXL 990. If you can mix and you have pretty decent pres, you're good to go with this mic. I also have an SM57 but then again I do instrument recording as well. I guess if you want to up the price a bit, you can shoot for the Neumann TLM 103 or you can try finding something from Audio Technica but I think that MXL you'll like. The mic is about 60 bucks too!

So I dont know, I had the urge to make something pumpy and geared towards mainstream for my new project. I wont pretend to know anything about DnB cause in actuality I only know a small amount lol. This is my first ever attempt at a DnB track. Hope you like it

This is a WIP track. The solo comes in waaay too early and it's only a short portion of what I was able to accomplish tonight so just so you know.

I've gotten a few reviews back on this track and they're pretty positive but in the direction that I'm not looking for. The purpose of this track is to be some kind of club slammer, or at least something that can reach the venue. Reviews state that the track does come off too jazzy. What do you guys think though? Can this hit the club floor? Yes or No?

Yes I do have a high jazz influenced background but I do need something for "the club venue". I think it may be just a problem with sample execution and maybe over complicated the chordal patters (I tend to do that. Keeping it too simple doesn't come easy with me lol). Or it could be that the chord patterns were fine, I just needed to divert from the smooth sounding patches (the roads). Instead of the roads to fill it, add some synths, some more breaks and eq sweeps ect.

The problem is though I need the piano performance to come out no questions asked; basically my element. Like I said, the solo came super early in the above version of the recording. It'd sound much better later on in the track (damn well near hard as hell to play I'll tell you that much. Sort of Bebop ish lol).

I'm trying to create a fade in and fade out effect with just Action Script and I'm having a bit of trouble. I'm no Action Script expert but I was able to decode a few things to put some code together. This is basically what I'm trying to do:

The brightness fuction is defined somewhere else so dont worry about that. The problem is between the for loop and the intervals. What it's doing is delaying the evaluation of the for loop for the interval seconds, rather than delaying each for loop evaluation by the interval second. How do I correct this?

So what it does is when you roll over something, it holds than evaluates the for loop. What I want it to do is roll over something, evaluate once, then wait by seconds defined, then evaluate again till i > 30.
