LockLock sent me what was "Almost Finished in his eyes". which is aparently one scene with some of my audio and very poor animation. James doesnt even move, exept when he looks up, and for some reason he is smiling... I think we should just scrap the punishment and move on to the 3 part story. LockLock can draw ok, but it seems to me that he can't animate well.

I don't understand what's happening with the flash movie "The Punishment", so it's not of a good quality?
Do you believe we should stop producing it, and focus on making the three part story, and then redo "The Punishment"?
I need everyone's opinions here so i can understand what course of actions to take.

Response to: eBay Club Posted August 26th, 2004 in Clubs & Crews

Once again another pointless club with two members (if that), im starting to get sick of these clubs and crews. There should only be clubs and crews that actually do something.

Response to: Club Evolution Posted August 26th, 2004 in Clubs & Crews

Please keep me updated on the progress of both the flash movies that are in production at the moment, and LockLock, has your Flash program been fixed yet?

Response to: Club Evolution Posted August 26th, 2004 in Clubs & Crews

Been a while since i last did a progress report so here is the newest progress report:

Progress Report:
(3,242 views, 494 replies) - 17 pages
Member's List:
1) xsmorrisx - Writer/Artist/Founder.
2) LockLock - Animator/Artist/Co-Leader.
3) Gamehippy - Writer/Website creator and maintainer/Co-Leader.
4) BlammerC – Audio.
5) 1Plungerman1 - Voice Actor.
6) Magknot - Voice actor.
7) Zonox - Animator/Actionscripter.
8) Mooman 626 - Animator.
Curret flash(es) in production:
"The Punishment" - written by xsmorrisx (24th August deadline missed due to technical problems - new deadline will be agreed upon)
First part of three part story - written by Gamehippy (preloader completed, any further progress?)
Future Project(s):
Other two parts of the Three part story written by Gamehippy
2D side scrolling beat 'em up (at idea stage only)

I am currently considering finding another animator and background artist to help for when we make the game or to help making Gamehippy's three part story.
I would have suggested perhaps absorbing the members of another club or crew, but there are no other clubs or crews that actually achieve anything like we are.

Well done, for all the progress we have achieved so far members! I look forward to a flash being submitted by us at some point within the next month or two.

I mixed it up by misunderstanding wot the other person sad. My bad. I shall take it elsewhere, but please do check us out at some point. Perhaps look out for a flash called "The Punishment" coming out within the next month i think.

I am looking for people with some talent in flash.
Do you have any skills?

but i've done alot of group projects lately, this is my first individual movie in a long time.. and i might do one or two more before i start moving into doing more collaborations : (

thanks for the offer though, i appreciate it.

Ok, fair enough. What i will say to you is that you can still be part of the club and do collaboration from time to time whilst also still working on your own projects. If a person in our club wants to concentrate on a individual project, we allow them to do so. In fact that is happening soon after our first project is released. Please do drop by when you are into doing more collabs ok.

Talented artists/animators Posted August 26th, 2004 in Game Development

This is a kind of recruiting message about Club Evolution ( we can be found in the Clubs and Crews section). We are currently finishing off one flash ( soon to go onto the portal), and have already begun work on a second flash. As the leader of the club, i believe it would be good to obtain 1 more animator and maybe an artist. Also, if there is anyone that can do games ( not so much scripting, but the graphics for them, that would be useful too).

It needs to be a male, about 18 to 25, with a scared tone to it. He's currently in the middle of a terrorist deal, and he's the one who's delivering it.. and he's not a professional or anything.. so he's scared! :)

Ok, first -

- Ok, here we go..

then (speaking with walkie talkie)

- I've got it, what should i do now?

and finally (walkie talkie)

- ok, i'll try

Thanks! i'm accepting as many as i can so i get a selection ^.^

Just out of interest, would you like to become part of my club ( Club Evolution, see us in the Clubs and Crews forum), where we have animators and voice actors etc. I'm sure the voice actors would like to help if they could and i was wondering if you would like to take part in making flashes as a group because you seem a talented artist/animator.

Surfers in our country? But i didn't think there was any places in England where you can.

Also, what words do you usually use a lot? I always say cheers a lot instead of thankyou.

I know it's immature but it's the worst thing i can think of that could happen.

So, i warn you now, don't do what i've mentioned here in an interview.

Hmmm, can you send me a sample of the script for the first episode, and i shall consider with my club whether we will take up the projects at a later date, but u would have to be a member first before we did anything for you and you wouldn't have all the credit forit if we did it. Check us out in the Clubs and Crews section.

You know what you should all do?

Go buy a jumbo twister game and go into your nearest big city, and see who will join in with you.

Very well done! Fantastic results there. Well I'd like to think that we're just getting better. But no-one can really say with any amount of certainty, because no-one has been through the same thing. Well done again! (Those are oxbridge grades. ^_^)

Why would i go to those upper class universitys? I'd hate it.
I'm middle class and would prefer a nearer university anyways.
