personally, i feel that banning MSPaint will only cause in the result of Gimp getting the same reputation as MSPaint has. However, if you ban MSPaint you will be causing people that draw random crap to stop due to the laziness to actually download another program just to produce pointless art.

in addition, the banning of MSPaint will not only get rid of bad artists but also good artists that dont want to download a program that does not come with Windows.

With this being said, i would recommend making a subsection for just MSPaint Art.. This would give members the freedom to use MSPaint and not actually be (possibly) spamming the Art Forum.. my 2 cents :)

In order to fix the strip on the first magazine cover, try making a rectangle and then rotating it accordingly in order to make sure the lines are parallel rather than guessing. i would also suggest a different color for it, the reddish color or whatever isn't pulling it off. This is what sticks out most in my head. The cover is also very flat and has no depth. I would recommend changing Entertainment into one color rather than having two separate colors splitting it up. Also, I would lose the 'Do The Test' button. The first thing that pops into my mind is "Are you [the maker] gay?" There are thousands of subjects you could put on there rather than a 'Gay Meter'.

Presuming that you will be turning both magazine covers in together and that both pictures are supposed to be of the same person, the second magazine cover that you have made lacks the tattoo on the neck. I would suggest just getting rid of the tattoo since your skills of distorting accord to the skeletal structure aren't very experienced.

Disregard the previous paragraph if the tattoo does not have to be on both pictures. Thanks for taking the time to read my advice and I wish you luck with your project.

Firstly, ask your brother where he got the Flash program. After he answers, you may have a plausible reason for the error. Lastly, you should try checking out some of the websites provided on the bottom of the splash ( netgraffiti.tk and myspace.com/netgraffiti). This could possibly give you enough information as to what's wrong.

If you want constructive criticism, try and ask politely. I don't think saying "FUCK ALL YOU GUYS" is a good way to get some help. However, I would advise you on coming up with your own style instead of Madness characters, etc.

nice work pox! only thing ive found wrong with a couple of your drawings are their ears.. seems like they're protruding immensly .. also, their size is a little off .. in your second tankgirl.. the top of the girls ears are way below her eyes.. regardless you still have amazing work

yes i know its bad.. i tried something new and was basically just working on peoples size's and head structure..
