not neccisaraly a fan of furries, but I like the chance you took drawing such an intricite scene. This is one of those pieces that's just hard to pull of to begin with, so I thought this was a fantastic attempt, not many artists (including myself) try poses and scenes such as these. props :)

thanks for the input jeeshwa123. its funny your the second person on here that says there not fond of furries but like them anyway lol. =3 Your stuff is great too >^.^<

Do. Not. Do. This.
Just wait and if your art is worth noticing, people will come and voice their opinions.
Be patient. Besides, you're invading someone else's thread with something that is not criticism/advice.
Why is this considered invading? I was having a conversation with him literally just the other day, and giving him my critique. Why would it be inappropriate to invite him to my thread to do the same? And I didn't find anything in the rules against it.

meh, i dont think this instance feels like an invasion but thats not really up to me lol. your stuff is alright, im not that good of a judge though and not that good at giving pointers ><

Starting with your second piece, because you've already stated that you've improved since the first (and it is markedly evident - thumbs up), your anatomy is very good, though the feet seem large to me. Aside from the head, the anatomy of which I have no experience in judging, the form and pose are very good. One thing is that the hands seem small. Might just be me.
Moving to your latest WIP, again your anatomy is good. As other fine persons have already suggested, study on animal features couldn't hurt. Again the hands seem small, but the feet are a good size this time. Might've just been the perspective earlier.
Anywho, listen to the others' advice and look up that animal anatomy, and in the meantime keep up the good work. Your improvement is very evident, and I know it'll only continue.
Personally I have a bias against anthros, but to your credit at least you do them well enough for me not to make jokes at your expense. That, and you're trying, which will get you at least a small measure of respect around here.
... I will not make a furry joke... I will not make a furry joke............
hee hee furry
okay I'm done, sorry.

thanks Wivernryder, appreciate somebody with a bias against anthros actually giving decient advice about furry pictures lol. still practicing though, i really dont draw all that much, those 4 pics were the only ones i did in 09. (actually i started the unfinished one in june 09 and am not sure when ill finish it ><)

The only real problem I see is head/body ratio. Too big for normal, too small for a superdeformed kawaii character.

You got the basic idea though.

ya i have a few of those books. they are just as u say, have good pointers but the material in most are pretty bland. i never noticed the head was a bit big but now that u mention it........ lol. thanks for the input =3

hi, this is my first time in the forum. only created an account reciently though iv enjoyed newgrounds since like 10 years ago lol, anyway, i recently started to draw again (which i really never did alot as a kid.) id just like to see what people here think and give me some pointers, i tend to use photoshop CS4 and a Wacom Intuos4 tablet. this first one i sketched with a pencil and colored it in photoshop, took me a few hours to color and i just kinda rushed the background. i tend to draw in large sizes so i have to shrink them to post.
