Those space bandits on 1st picture need longer legs and maybe some fingers. Other than that, really unique designs - mix of Halo and Star Wars. Pretty good.

Pretty bad... You should start off with MS paint or Flash because you only used automatic shapes and gimp is more of a "Drawing SW for experienced users".
