Well, it's a certain measurement. It's same as with distance or wight. Example:
There are 3 persons. No. 1 person says " No. 3 person weighs 120 pounds." No. 2 says "No, you're wrong, he weighs 54.4kgs."
Who is right? Both.
Same with IQ tests. Example.
Stephen takes an IQ test with mathematic questions. It says that Stephen's IQ is 124.
Then Stephen takes an IQ test with grammar and spelling questions which says that his IQ is 117.
Which IQ test is right? Both. Because a "True" IQ test would need a hell of a lot questions to truely measure one's intelligence as some people have A in an English test and F in Maths test. His friend has A in Maths and F in English.
Go figure.

Had that, but it was called Bestsellerantivirus.mal. Just keep deleting it with SUPERantispyware (Google) for like 3 days and then it just goes away. Also there's something about it on Yahoo.answers. Look there too.
