Anyone noticed the "You're not logged in" each time you try to play a medal game? I've tried refreshing, etc. Anyone else having the same problem here?

Of course not, they're paying for it. They like to cry over very small things like that.

I'll join I guess, I've only played Red Faction: Guerrilla though. I was entertained. I'm under the impression the others are just as good. I might check them out sometime.

That's about it. Ready to start a revolution?

Fuck yeah.

Oh well, I never tortured myself enough to keep playing to get that far, the quiz overall is ridiculous.

Luck? isn't it a quiz? if you know the answers, you'll be fine. It's all down to information, baby. Saying that, it's very pro-American, I'm European so nearly every question is pretty foreign to me.

You're correct. The Battle.net community is pretty fucking horrible compared to three or four years ago. Now, it's full of elitist jerks and screaming 10-year olds who cry f*ggot and n*gger everytime they lose. No one even uses the chat system anymore. Years ago, you could say "hey guys" and people would reply. Now all you see is "goggo start game noob!!!". Hosts are pretty much disrespected like everyone else.

And overall, that's why I stopped using Battle.net.

I assume Starcraft 2 and Diablo III will use Battle.net, I'm hoping the community will clear up a bit with those games.

I haven't played for like a month, but if anyone from the NG community is willing to start a few friendlies with each other I'd be happy to play again. I'm on the European server (so I think that's Lordearon?). I'm not fussy on changing servers, I've played on the Asian and American servers before quite well.

I don't really have like 'main' or favourite. But I usually play Tiny alot.

If your computer can play CS:S, it can play TF2.

Actually no, my graphics card can handle CS:S, but can't handle TF2, why?-- because my graphics card doesn't have any pixel shader. Pixel Shader is needed to run TF2, regardless of how bad the graphics card is.

Both games are similar, this is because both games take place in a sandbox world and allow you to scale buildings. The same "superhuman" thing exists in both games and of course everyone thinks you're a terrorist. However, that's where all of the similarities come to and end.

Both games offer a different experience. They're completly different.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max on the Playstation Portable. I would easily suggest this to any fighting game lover, it's surprisngly quite addictive. Unfortunately there are no 'unlockables' as such or anything unique to make me play it any longer than a few days. A few moves are extremely tricky to pull off (due to only one analog stick) -- but otherwise, a very entertaining game.

You can play online.. I don't have the PC version, so I can't speak up for that. Any other console version has online though.

As for the customization, that's a personal prefrence, I truly don't care much for customizing. I just like to fight in my fighting games.

Proportions are wrong, he doesn't seem to have wrists, you need to work on shading. I think if you keep at it, your style will come out more and in turn you'll improve slightly each time. If you're trying to go for realism, look at human anatomy for a start.

Mash buttons, achieve victory.

In all fairness, you can just mash literally anything with shoto's (Ken, Ryu, Akuma) and you'll likely win (usually against inexperienced players online.) Tekken never took off well on me, it just seems like you press whatever you feel like, something that takes no tactic or perhaps skill involved. But I've never really played Tekken properly before, so I could be wrong on that.

Well, the thing is that this game is ONLY about fighting...no character customisation, no extra game modes (like Soul Calibur 3's strategy game or Tekken 5's bowling)

That's how Street Fighters been for a long time now. Unless you count the car-breaking stage after every few wins on previous Street Fighters. If you've ever played any other Street Fighter, you wouldn't really care. Personally, I don't give a shit about a fighting game having "bowling", because it's a fighting game. Street FIGHTER 4.

and also the fact that the models are good but the textures really suck, they are very pixely....

wat.

Also, Soul Calibur has weapons.LOTS of weapons. And yeah, button mashing is better than not being able to perform a combo unless you press a 32-button sequence...

Soul Calibur has always been about weapons, Tekken, Street Fighter and other fighting games never, ever had weapons in there previous games. I'd never compare Street Fighter to something like Soul Calibur, it's completly different.

Firstly, out of the things you mentioned, none of them would've been added as a full DLC (there are multiple links over the internet, and video clips that say why. And of course, Valve is also a company that obviously can't survive by giving out free updates.

No they don't. All this shit could've been FREE DLC, but they write it off as a full priced game.

As I said above, it couldn't for multiple reasons. If I bother to find the link, I'll post it. However, I'm sure you can easily find it yourself.

Also to clear up another thing. L4D2 features day AND night scenarios. research goes a long way. most of the people who say negative things about it seem to have no knowledge about the game also, what a coincidence.

As for the updates, L4D and L4D2 will both get new content in time, you'll just have to wait. Boycotter's will have to find a better argument to come up with instead of the same "WE WERE PROMISED FREE DLC OMG, FUCK U VALVE"

It's called a video walkthrough. Even though there are no annotation notes in the video, you can clearly make out what is happening, so for example: if you're stuck on a certain part, watch the video, and try to copy what happened in the video, it surprisingly works quite well.

I wouldn't really say it's "near-impossible" at all.

I think it's in best interest if we change the subject. (these little off-topic "discussions" only seem to happen after no new medal games have been released for like a week or two.)

Aaaaanyway, it's very likely Newgrounds Rumble is getting medals shortly (my guess is this week or early next week) I can't wait, that game is great.

Me too! I want to see so many places!

Myself included, here are a few of my top destinations.

Not exactly sure where, I'd love to visit every single state, and see what each one offers.

- Canada
Montreal or Quebec, my sister already lives in Montreal herself. I know very little about Canada, so it'd be quite interesting to see what it's like over there.

- Australia & New Zealand
Australia and N.Zealand both have some interesting places to visit. I don't have an exact place I want to go, but most likely Melbourne.

Besides them three, France, Germany, Italy and Japan.

Not just this, but he even says AND YOU KNOW WHY!
Well, need l say more?
If he wanted he could say "from a glitch" or "by luck", but no, he said that "we know why".
What else could it be if he says so himself?

It really doesn't matter now, I'm not just pointing at the guy, it's to anyone who feels like shooting of bullets each time they think someone has hacked without proof. No evidence = No "hacker". Anyone who is found to be "hacking" should be reported to PyschoGoldfish with evidence that supports there claim, not bring it in here and stirring a mess up. This thread is for medals (games and tips), not pointing fingers at others.

Well my problem here is that, like gdfhgdfs, he also says something suspicious when he could've just given an elusive answer or just not answer at all.

However, gsdhsdgsf (however you spell it) admitted it, and there was clear proof to back it up. Basically, it doesn't matter now, but if you think someone's hacking, it's best to report it to someone who can handle it and actually check what is going on.

that's a little suspicious at the least.

If you're judgemental, of course it is. Honestly, why can't people just gain medals without being called a "hacker" or "cheater", if you haven't got solid evidence, don't say a word, there's no need to keep an eye out for everybody who you think could be "cheating". There's just no need to get paranoid over a medal.

A more logical and sensible reason is because there's pretty much competition between people when it comes to badges and badge points. Why should he give his secret for that medal if it keeps him in the lead of a few extra people? - and of course, Life has the same badge, and I'm quite sure he isn't "hacking"

As I said before, if you're gonna accuse someone, post some evidence or something besides your own jealousy. (that isn't aimed at you, it's for anyone who is)
