You use attachment rings to put it on the tube. Remember, temporary until you get a Surefire.I know what you meant. It still wouldn't work. The kick from the front of the shotgun would knock the flashlight off in the first shot. It would also put on unnecessary weight on the front. The reciever is the best area to put it on because it's between the two spots you hold the shotgun. Even distribution of weight.
You can't just tape it on. You have to tape it around as well, or it would fall. I've seen this used in many movies and games INCLUDING Left 4 Dead 2. One strip doesn't do it.
Just because it's temporary it doesn't mean it has to be weak.
IT'S TAPE. Tape is weak.
Your method of weight distribution may work out better if you used a fullstock. But it's also directly over your action hand. I'd rather my hand supported the thing, rather than be below the thing.
And I never said one strip would do it. Plus, your hand would support it, keeping it there. There's nothing supporting it but the tape when it's on the receiver. And would you trust tape over your hand?

I personally did not enjoy Clockwork Orange. I don't know why, it was just so strangely written. I'll have to give it another try.
I really liked The Things They Carried.

But as a Blu-ray owner, it looks INCREDIBLE.

I mean, I've never handled the Mossberg. Though I think that might be the 590, looking at the tube cap.
All I'm saying is that tons of people have Surefire lights. This isn't Doom 3, bro.
Plus, placing that weight on the reciever would put the gun off-balance slightly, make it a little unweildy, especially with a flashlight that big, and on a Cruiser model. If you're gonna tape it, tape it to the pump. That's all I'm saying.
It's a modified 500 (I took parts of different Mossberg shotguns and put them together on Paint). But what if there were no Surefires to be found? What if you were stuck in a basement and the entire top of the house was blockaded by zombies? You would use what you had and be fucking grateful for it. I could have added a Surefire if I wanted to. Just didn't, for the "zombie-apocalypse" theme.
What would you care if the shotgun was slightly off-balance? This isn't Doom 3, but isn't Call of Duty: Modern Warfare either, bro.
One more thing, if you were to tape the flashlight to the pump, it would make it impossible to even use the pump, idiot. Also, if you were to fire the shotgun, the tape would most likely loosen and fall apart.
Stop trying to convince me you know shit about guns.
Dude, chill. Did I insult you somehow? What's with the hate? I just said that the flashlight on the reciever is ugly and probably impractical.
As far as I know, Surefires can be found in any gun-themed store (Including Walmarts). And you don't tape the flashlight around the action and wind the tape around the action. You just lay it on. It's a temporary solution, not a battle rifle. Yeah, it's gonna fall off, but that's because it's tape. You could also tape it in front of the pump, on the magazine tube.
And if you just messed around with it in paint, how do you know the image you used for the reciever wasn't a cocked weapon? Granted, the level of professionalism to take that picture would probably indicate that the weapon is uncocked, but you never know. Although, I just checked a picture from a guy I trust (Who provides blank firing guns for movies, and takes all the pictures himself. Although, pump shotguns don't honestly need to be converted, unlike automatics), and the trigger IS that far back naturally. So I was wrong there. But that's no reason to insult me. I mean, you didn't take that picture yourself. You didn't handle that weapon.
And as far as I know, Surefires are pretty common. I see quite a few every time I go to my local Californian gunstore. And if it's common in a tiny Kommiefornian store, well... I mean, it's the zombie apocalypse, just make your way to a gunstore and take one. BEFORE you lock yourself in a basement. And if YOU locked yourself in, why would you really NEED that flashlight for that long? Plus, most Surefire pumps have multiple holes, so you can put a laser sight in, too. Be all tactical and shit.
As for the why I'd care if it's off-balance, well, would YOU want a weapon that's not as good as it could be? Would YOU want a handicap? I certainly wouldn't. Although, maybe I shouldn't live in Cali if I want to lessen my handicaps. Although we have Moist Nuggets (It's a nickname for Mosin Nagants). And I just love the M44 Carbine. It kicks up a hell of a fireball, even in broad daylight. Want that to be my first rifle. Not the first rifle I've fired; that would be an SKS, but the first one I own.
And dude, I am so high-speed, low-drag and good to go with guns, you can't even touch me.

Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds.
Based on Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of War of the Worlds, a rock musical made in 1979, starring Richard Burton.
It's pretty awesome. I haven't played the game, though. It's an RTS which allows you to play as either the humans or the martians.

It looks like the trigger can't reset.
Second, the Mossberg 500's trigger is naturally like that, stupid. It doesn't go any further.

Can you name a human-caused super-virus?
Don't think you can.
We also would never have discovered electricity, nor would we have the multitude of different plants we have today, we would still fear diseases like cholera, polio, etc... We wouldn't have lots of things. We wouldn't have FIRE. WE WOULD BE EXTINCT.

I'd camp on a rooftop with some kind of DMR. Preferably a Springfield M1A with a Bushnell 6x scope.

I have a pretty powerful voice, but I know proper mic technique, so it's not over-loud.
I'll pretty much take any role I'm offered, but I'll give every one I do my best effort.

It's not like he's a household name.
Only got 47 credits to his name, quite a few appear to be minor roles.

I like the Grammar Club. It may partially be because their turntablist is my favorite mod on my favorite forum (TH89 of Facepunch), but I think they're neat.
I just like to take all music on a song-by-song basis, rather than inserting genre into it.
