I'd like to say one thing:
People who want voice actors, please write up some sides (audition scripts) for potential auditioners.
I don't know your character, their methods of speech, the words they use, you do.
Just take a few choice lines out of the script, and send it to us when we PM you to audition, or put them in your posts.

It makes things a whole lot smoother, as we don't have to labor to come up with lines that may be out of character, which would ruin an audition.

Hey, I've been doing some thinking, and I have decided that a few scripts of mine will never be done in live-action, but I still want them to be done. Unfortunately, I don't have the patience or skill to animate Frame-By-Frame, despite the fact that I have a definite vision in my head.
So, I was looking for someone to animate my scripts. I'm getting together a sort of trailer for you to animate as an audition. I'll provide the sounds, research material, script, whatever you need to draw it.
To weed out people who might not be interested, I'll describe what I want:
What I'm looking for is a kind of realistic Noir-ish style, heavy shadows maybe, lots of motion when the action gets intense. Think of the movie Collateral as a cartoon animated by the team that did Ghost in the Shell (obviously I don't expect you to be that high-quality, but that's the analogy I'm gonna do).
The trailer is for a bank robbery film that will never get made (at least, until I get a full script together.), just so you know.
If there's any ad revenue, you can take it, I don't really care. That'd be the payment you'd get, otherwise, I can't pay you. This would be for exposure and something to do, like a garage band, just with a pretentious high-maintenance boss (Truthfully, I'm pretty easy-going, but I know what I want, and if you can't provide...). So, send me a PM if you're interested.

Well, it's not realistic, I guess you're not going for that. At least you got the fact that you have to chamber the weapon first... But you forgot that the ejection port opens. It needs more motion, it's too robotic, as well. It needs to be more dynamic. There should be smoke, sparks coming from the muzzle and ejection port (due to a bit of slow-burning powder being spit out). That shit's what looks cool.
Lemme show you a picture of what you might want it to look like. Granted, it IS a movie, and using full-flash blanks produces much more flash than real shells. In fact, guns produce very little flash when firing live rounds, mostly just smoke, which you should add.

Something like this, when the shell ejects.
