And you don't have to inject god into every fucking topic.

No it doesn't. Not always.

How about people don't get so uptight about being called a man if they don't identify as a man? And just explain shit to people? And people don't get uptight when they don't identify as a man?

Thanks, my videos are HD when i record them (like you can see in my Max Payne videos) but after i added commentary on windows movie maker and save it and even if i save as high quality option it still looks like shit so i don't know what to do :(

Use something that's not windows movie maker. I'm entirely sure there's a decent enough freeware editor. I can't think of one, I use Final Cut, but hey, do some diggin'. I'd recommend recording audio in Audacity, a freeware audio recorder that exports in mp3, and then splicing it in via a decent editing program that has more than two channels. What do you use to capture with? Obviously you're on PC, I use a capture device to capture console footage, but check and see if you have some kind of editing suite in your capture software.

Why? It's a pretty apt comparison.

You don't compare things that are radically different.
In terms of FPS, yes, they are the same. In terms of concept, gameplay and gimmicks, like comparing Super Mario Bros to Zelda.

Well, really the only reason I wouldn't compare SMB to Zelda is because of the fact that they're from the same company, but otherwise, they're totally comparable, less so than CoD to Battlefield, which are getting more and more identical with each iteration, at their cores. This is coming from a person who plays both and enjoys both. I enjoy battlefield because there's a slightly more authentic vibe, and sometimes I like doing vehicle stuff, and when I play call of duty, well, I never play it online, actually. But it's really easy to compare the two. They're both military-themed FPS giants whose fanbase largely ignores the singleplayer and obsess on multiplayer. There's a little more authenticity and community focus on Battlefield, but that's not a huge difference.

Don't be too stoked, the director is normally a first or second Assistant Director. This is his first feature.

Biggest things it's got going for it is Doug Jones. They credit the original makers as writers, but specify of the webseries, which makes me think they barely saw the script. The writer is best known for something called Hipster Holocaust, and a series called Trenches.

Going through the last few pages and no mention of Primetime Sam Roberts. Aw... I don't actually watch wrestling, never have, but I'm a huge O&A nerd and I heard Sam is getting pretty popular in the wrestling world. I also love hearing of O&A themed signs, especially the hugely noticeable "The Todd Show Sucks".

I kinda want to get in to wrestling, it seems so fucking crazy and the guys who come on O&A seem really cool, but I'm also hesitant because it seems like it's maybe too crazy for me.

Response to: Dead Space Posted June 26th, 2014 in Video Games

Have I brought up the comparison of Dead Space to the Alien films on here?

Like, Dead Space 1 relied more on atmosphere and was generally a scarier game.

Dead Space 2 was balls to the wall action, comparatively, but still a bit scary.

Dead Space 3 didn't do so well critically, despite not being that terribad (From what I gather)

There is no Dead Space 4.

Dead Space Extraction is a prequel that has a pretty different style.

Response to: i used to be a bully Posted June 26th, 2014 in General

"Used to be" what are you, some kinda pussy, op

Anyways, I have a weird thing about bullying. I thought I was bullied a bit in middle school, but looking back I blew it WAY WAY WAY out of proportion. But I never thought it was a horrible thing that should be banned.

I'm also quite an asshole online at times (inb4 "At times?"), and could probably be considered a bully for things I've done. Then again, I also directed an anti-bullying PSA that has gotten a bit of attention, apparently; the news even interviewed me about it. Of course, I did it more as a job.

As for my actual opinion about bullying? It's a word that's thrown around too much. I used to say that it's a necessary thing, to toughen kids up for the real world. Now I kinda say it's not gonna stop, and that sucks, but there's not much we can do. The definition is also way too broad, where simple ballbusting becomes horrible bullying in the eyes of the "victim". I dunno. It's like, people sort of have a right to be an asshole, even if that doesn't mean they should. But I'd rather deal with assholes who call me retarded than censor their right to call me a retard.

Response to: Intentionally feeding the trolls Posted June 26th, 2014 in General

Well, as someone who could easily be considered a troll at many instances, I gotta say there's a lot of different reasons people troll, most of them revolve around entertaining someone, whether it be themselves or a crowd. I've done both, but I try to do the latter more, because I like to entertain people. And since I like to consider what I do comedy, when you "feed" me, I have no animosity, I consider you a partner in the gag, some of the best comedy involves what's called the "Straight Man", who acts as a foil to wackiness. It's how Laurel and Hardy worked, and is a classic comedy formula. A lot of my posts are works, to use carny terminology, but I do try to give it away just a bit when my post is such. And when my post is a shoot, as it is right now, I'm pulling back the curtain, I try to make sure it's different enough from my "work" posts that anyone who's paying attention can tell.

I mean, there's different types, but just because someone's being an asshole or a dumbfuck doesn't automatically make them a troll.

Response to: Newgrounds, what hsould I do? Posted June 26th, 2014 in General

First off, it's a little strange you refer to the man as "her husband". I assume because of that he's not your biological father and you either didn't care for him much, or she married him after you became an adult and since he didn't really raise you, you don't consider him a father figure. I'm not judging, if you don't consider him a "father", I'm in no position to say you should, it's just a little thing I noticed.

As to the purpose of this thread, pretty much I guess just be there for her, check up on her a little more... I mean, she's a grown-ass woman, obviously, she's probably gonna be fine, but I suggest bringing your concerns up to her during her calmer moments.

Hope everything works out fine!

Eh... I'm not too sure if I agree with that. I mean, not to diss your teacher, because not a lot of religious teachers DO make it interesting, but objectively I'd imagine religion seems pretty easy to make interesting. I guess just not a lot of teachers are competent enough to do it. Thankfully you got one of the few that is.

How'd he do it? Did he acknowledge how batshit crazy religion can get without becoming disrespectful of what's come from it? That's something I like to think I'd do, if I taught religion.
